Each of the six is made from a sheet of paper that is six times the area of the final A6 format.
1–4 are made from the four possible rectangular layouts of six A6 rectangles.
5 & 6 are each made from a sheet having the same proportion (1:sqrt2) as the A6 sheet, but six times larger.
